Do you sell ready-made shutters?
No - all our shutters are custom-made specifically to our customers’ requirements.
How much does the installation service cost?
Our professional installation service is included in the price.
Can I fit the shutters myself?
No, we do not supply shutters for other people to install. This is because our professional team of fitters are experts at fitting our shutters. The installation process needs to be completed by a fully trained professional to ensure a perfect fit and to meet safety requirements.
Do you sell shutters for unusual shaped windows?
Yes - all our shutters are custom-made so we can fit almost any shape of window.
Why should I choose Janela instead of a national company?
We are a family owned independent Welsh company, as shutter specialists we take pride in our excellent reputation. Many of our customers are referred to us via personal recommendation as customer care and satisfaction is at the heart of our business. None of our team are paid on commission so we do not use ‘hard sell’ techniques and there is no danger of the staff trying to sell shutters that will earn them more commission.
